You love your land, or we make it right. If you go out to your land and there’s not enough sunshine, if the skies are not blue enough, if the breeze is not cool enough, then let us know. We will exchange it for something else in our inventory or, if it is within the first 90 days after your purchase, we will buy it back from you and refund your money.
We want you to love your property, and if you don’t, we don’t believe that you should continue to pay for it. We do this because we know at these prices, land sells. If it doesn’t work out for you, it will for someone else.
We also offer a 360-day exchange policy. Decide that you don’t like your land, and we will exchange it for another in our inventory anytime within the first year. No questions asked.
